Kenai River Festival

Compost, animals and education.

Volunteers collected compostable serviceware from the festival and turned it into soil while visitors could stop by the booth to see animals and learn about composting.

Salmonfest

The legacy site says Matti's Farm also collected compostables from Salmonfest as a simple public demonstration of sustainable waste practices.

Kenai Peninsula Fair

Kids could pick up a farm passport and use a “furry and feathery” treasure hunt to learn about sustainability and Alaska Grown agriculture.

The old site promoted group and classroom tours of the working ranch and hayride experiences at Diamond M.
